Second Opinion Claim

Second Opinion

Most of the solicitors that we know do a pretty decent job but sometimes it makes sense to get a second opinion from another law firm. A second opinion will let you know whether or not you are getting the right level of service and support from your existing legal services provider.

You are entitled to the very best outcome for your case — talking to a specialist law firm like Aspire Law will let you know whether your solicitor is getting you the best deal. Here's when a second opinion can be valuable.

Rejected by Another Solicitor?

You may have already seen a solicitor and have had your claim for compensation turned down as "not viable". In some cases, this means that your solicitor does not want to take on the risk of not winning your case.

Some solicitors will only take on "no win no fee" spinal injury claims if they have a 100% guarantee of winning.

We do things differently at Aspire Law and certainly have a more balanced and reasonable approach to risk. Just because one solicitor has said that you don't have a case, it doesn't mean that you should give up entirely on your claim.

Give us a call and tell us what has happened to you and we will give you our opinion.

Solicitor Was Allocated To You

You may have a solicitor representing you that you did not choose yourself. For instance, your insurance agent may have allocated you a solicitor without discussing this with you first. This is not right and under the law, you have the right to choose any solicitor that you wish to represent you.

Received Poor Service from Another Solicitor?

If you are unhappy with the level of service that you are currently receiving, or are concerned about the length of time that your case is taking, then you should raise these concerns directly with your solicitor.

If you are still dissatisfied with the response, then you may wish to contact us to hear how we deliver our services.

We will be happy to have a discussion with you about your case, and we will make it easy for you to change solicitors, even half way through a claim.

Unhappy with Your Compensation?

Your solicitor may have secured a compensation claim for you that you feel is well below what you should be entitled to. Without another expert opinion, it can be difficult to know if this award is appropriate and in proportion to the level of injury sustained.

There can also be times when your solicitor does not act correctly and this can cause you financial loss.

We can help you by contacting your solicitor and reviewing the way that they handled your case. If we find that they acted improperly, causing you a financial loss, then we may be able to claim compensation on your behalf for professional negligence.
