Aspire
Aspire provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury, supporting them from injury to independence. At Aspire Law we give 50% of our profits to Aspire so they can deliver services to people with spinal cord injuries.
They deliver independent living advisors, housing support, welfare and benefits support. As of 31st March 2022, we have provided £800,000 towards these services.
Spinal Injuries Association
In the UK, 2,500 people sustain a spinal cord injury every year. The SIA has a range of services to support everyone who needs to access expert information, advice and support when they need it most. At Aspire Law we are proud to work alongside the SIA to support their initiatives. We are proud to be one of their Business Member Partners.
Our Raquel Siganporia was a Trustee for 8 years and Vice-Chair for 3 years.

Back Up Trust
Back Up inspire and encourage people affected by spinal cord injury to get the most out of life.
Back Up services consist of learning wheelchair skills, mentoring, support with returning to work and various courses to enhance independence. The Back Up Trust also supports children who sustain a spinal cord injury.
At Aspire Law we are proud to sponsor their mentoring services and are part of their legal panel.
Horatio’s Garden
Horatio’s garden creates and nurtures beautiful gardens in NHS spinal injury centres to support everyone affected by spinal cord injury.
Aspire Law are proud to support Horatio’s Garden with its vision. Our staff volunteer at their gardens and our Raquel Siganporia is an Ambassador for the charity.
Mascip
MASCIP provides a national professional forum to promote standards in clinical practice, fostering research and encouraging the development of health and social care services for people with spinal cord injuries.
The Association exists to enable all professions and grades of staff associated with the care and welfare of people with spinal cord injuries, both within and outside of spinal cord injury centres, to articulate professional issues and concerns.
