Access to Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is vital so that you can return, as much as possible, to independent living.
And the sooner your rehabilitation begins, the better your recovery should be. We are here to get you the best possible rehabilitation programme as quickly as possible.
Interim Payments
When we take on your case, one of the first things we do is to examine all the facts and the evidence about your accident, and where possible, we use this to show that the accident was not your fault.
Housing Needs
Returning home from hospital after your accident can be difficult.
Your home will require major adaptations so that you can continue to live there freely and independently. This could involve widening and changing doors, installing access ramps and adding or changing a new bathroom and kitchen.
What is the legal process?
Every case that we deal with at Aspire Law is unique, so it can be difficult to describe a typical claim process. Cases can also vary considerably in the length of time they take to complete, and this often depends on how vigorously a case is defended.
When liability is denied
The source of blame for your spinal cord injury may seem straightforward, but what happens if liability is denied in your case, either fully or partially?
Funding a claim
The majority of our cases are funded through a Conditional Fee Agreement, which is more commonly known as a “no win, no fee” agreement.
