Emily Banjac

Emily is a qualified solicitor and joined Aspire Law in March 2025.

Emily has extensive experience working on complex catastrophic injury claims and representing clients who have suffered life changing injuries. Emily works closely with legal teams, Counsel and
experts to achieve favourable results for her clients. Emily recognises the life-changing impact that accidents can have on not just the clients’ lives, but their wider family and is dedicated to supporting and working with her clients throughout the course of their injury claim.

Emily graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in law and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. On completion of her Legal Practice Course, Emily joined a litigation firm based in London and worked in the personal injury industry for 4 years before qualifying and joining the team at Aspire Law.
