Joe Waters

Joe qualified as a solicitor in April 2023 and assists both the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams. He joined Aspire Law in September 2025.

Joe graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019 before undertaking his LPC and LLM at the University of Law in Liverpool, graduating with a distinction in 2020.

He began his legal career at a litigation firm in Liverpool, gaining experience across a wide range of claimant civil litigation matters. During this time, he completed his training contract, developing strong litigation skills and a particular interest in supporting clients who have suffered life-changing injuries.

Joe is committed to securing outcomes that improve Aspire’s clients’ quality of life, while guiding them through the legal and rehabilitation process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
