National Witness Appeal on BBC's Crime Watch for Chanelle Higgins

On 29 May 2016, Chanelle Higgins was out with a friend in West Norwood, south-east London, when a grey BMW drove along the pavement, struck Chanelle and her friend and then drove away.

Chanelle sustained a spinal cord injury in the accident and now uses a wheelchair and has limited upper-body movement.
