Tejal Patel

Tejal is a solicitor at Aspire Law who works closely with clients who have sustained a spinal cord
injury. Tejal has over 10 years of experience in dealing with personal injury claims and over the last few
years, has specialised in catastrophic injury as well as medical negligence.

Having worked with clients who have sustained life-changing injuries, Tejal understands the huge
impact it has on them and upon the lives of their families. It is one of the many reasons that Tejal is
dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the best guidance and support they require throughout the
legal process. Tejal strongly believes in securing early rehabilitation for our clients so that their
immediate and long terms needs are met.

Tejal is extremely proud to work for Aspire Law as 50% of our profit goes directly to Aspire the spinal
cord injury charity. Aspire the charity provides a wide range of support services to those with a spinal
cord injury such as help with housing, welfare benefits, and assistive technology.

Tejal’s background

Tejal graduated from Liverpool John Moore University and went on to study the Legal Practice Course
at Leicester De Montfort University. She qualified as a solicitor in November 2008.
