Anna has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with catastrophic personal injury claims. Anna regularly deals with cases involving road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places. 

Anna understands the life changing impact that spinal cord injuries have not only upon our clients, but their loved ones too. Since her time at Aspire Law, Anna has assisted with achieving settlements in excess of £65m. These include: 

• Damian Horan and Anna West secure landmark judgment for a young mum who sustained a spinal cord injury as a result of a dangerous tackle during a rugby match.
• £17m for a client who was injured as a result of a road traffic accident
• £7m for a motorcyclist who was injured as a result of a collision.
• £3m for a client who was injured at work
• £12.5m for pedestrian client left tetraplegic having been injured by a domestic bin which had been struck by a speeding car

Anna co-authored an abstract: Privately funded Specialist Spinal Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation with Mr Manish Desai, Consultant in Spinal Injuries, and Mr Damian Horan, Legal Director of Aspire Law, which was presented to the International Spinal Cord Society.
