As you progress through your rehabilitation program, you’ll probably be thinking about getting back behind the wheel of your car.
Your car may need to be adapted so you can drive it safely. You are entitled to funding for this — either to adapt your vehicle or to fully or part-fund the lease of a more suitable vehicle.
The process can be confusing and complicated, especially as some of these benefits are now being changed. We can provide advice and support:

We can secure interim payments from the defendant’s insurer which you can use to top up your component of Personal Independence Payment and allow you to lease a larger or more comfortable vehicle.
