High 7 figure settlement to paraplegic injured in act of terrorism

A change to the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) scheme just prior to our client’s injury, allowed those injured during an act of terrorism to bring a claim for full compensation and not be capped at £500,000.

This allowed our client to implement a support package, adapt his home and obtain equipment that enabled independence.
