Our client, a motorcyclist was left paraplegic when the defendant driver pulled out of a side road and into the path of our client. Specifically, our client had been a keen horse woman prior to the accident and through the claim, the OT supported her with lessons and an eventual return to riding.
With support, adaptions and finances, our client was able to resume the life she had enjoyed pre accident and embrace new opportunities once her claim settled.
